Founder and President

Guilherme Ribeiro, a native of Brazil, has some serious goals in mind, for his new homeland — the United States. Guilherme, who graduated from Business School in Brazil, with a specialty in Finance Management, has over a decade experience in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, having worked as a CEO, CFO, Board Member and President of the Board. Guilherme first honed his skills in Brazil, working in his family’s Heavy Construction Business. That was just the beginning. His family’s portfolio eventually included Cemeteries, Traffic Management, Bio Fuel Production and Real Estate Development, and employed more than 3,000 people – generating over 100-million dollars in sales. And now this highly motivated and accomplished entrepreneur is spreading his wings, with his own set of businesses in the U.S., focusing on real estate acquisition, transportation logistics and health and wellness. Guilherme, a man of high ethics, integrity, trustworthiness, and gratitude is a member of YPO – Young Presidents’ Organization, a global community of young chief executives. Family, along with building and protecting family assets and legacies are at the very heart of Guilherme’s mission for Icon Equity. Guilherme is married to his Partner in Business and Life – Claudia Ribeiro. They have two children. Guilherme enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, skiing, participating in church and community activities and philanthropy. And just last year, in 2017, he became a Private Pilot in the U.S., turning a life-long dream into an exciting reality.

Founder and Partner

Claudia Ribeiro, also a native of Brazil, revels in her roles as Mother, Wife, Business Partner and Entrepreneur. Growing up in a family business environment, inspired her to attend Business School for Hospitality. That blended well with her family’s Hotel and Hospitality Service Industry businesses, where Claudia worked as a General Manager. Claudia and her family also had interests in Real Estate Development, and own two hotels and an impressive portfolio of Real Estate in Brazil. Enter Icon Equity. Claudia is now in the U.S., where she plans to make her indelible mark with her and her Husband’s businesses. Armed with a wealth of knowledge, experience and perseverance, Claudia will be at the helm of the family’s world-class medspa, when it opens in 2018, in the heart of downtown Miami. Claudia is very passionate about whatever she takes on, and the Spa and Beauty business is no different. Currently, she’s helping to design the luxury space, which will feature many highly coveted treatments and cutting-edge systems. Claudia is a sophisticated woman with impeccable tastes, and will stop at nothing, to help make her family’s medspa one of the most luxurious and desirable destinations in the world. When she’s not helping to build the family business, Claudia also enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new cultures and restaurants, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and doing yoga, skiing, reading, participating in church and community activities and philanthropy.
